Registration Process
Each department or member can register to participate in the MLDR 1st Responders Series. A minimum of three members is required to form a team. Once the registration form is completed, the MLDR team will contact your department to begin the onboarding process, provide race details, training information, and prepare your team to compete in upcoming community fundraising events.

Team Jerseys
Once the registration process is completed, MLDR will provide official team jerseys to each registered member. These custom jerseys represent your department in the MLDR 1st Responders Series, uniting your team with the league and showcasing your commitment to community, innovation, and service through drone racing.
Racing Drones & Equipment
MLDR will provide all necessary racing equipment, including drones, FPV goggles, and controllers, to ensure every 1st Responders team is fully equipped and ready to compete. This allows departments to focus on teamwork, skill, and community engagement while MLDR handles all technical and racing setup needs for a seamless experience.
MLDR will provide comprehensive drone training and certification courses through the MLDR World-Wide Academy. These programs are designed to teach team members the fundamentals of drone flight, safety, and racing techniques — preparing them to compete confidently in the MLDR 1st Responders Series while also gaining valuable real-world drone operation skills applicable to their departments and communities.
Once onboarded, 1st Responders will have the opportunity to participate in official MLDR racing events alongside professional pilots. This unique experience allows teams to showcase their skills, represent their departments, and engage directly with the drone racing community — all while promoting teamwork, innovation, and community connection through friendly, high-speed competition.
MLDR 1st Responders World Championship
1st Responder Teams will have the opportunity to compete against other departments from across the country in a series of thrilling races leading up to the MLDR 1st Responders World Championship. This ultimate event crowns the top-performing team as the world champion, celebrating excellence, precision, and unity among those who serve their communities — both on the ground and in the air.
